What more is there to say.

Politicians have been the bain of patriots for ages.but all too frequently the "whatever. everything is OK" folks confuse the two. .Politicians seldom contribute more than words to advance the liberty they take for granted.

Abraham Lincoln said it quite well. for a politician "Congessmen who willfully take actions during wartime that damage morale and undermine the military are saboteurs and should be arrested, exiled,or hanged."

After Shiloh and Gettysburg and Fords Theatre Who else would debase this particular politician/Liberator ... You know . The revisionists Ivory tower liberals that teach your children all about history, denounce the ROTC and block the recruiting offices and American patriots and volunteers who proudly enter !

I remember this broadcast when it first was aired. I remember then thinking how disgusting it was that one of OUR Army Rangers felt as Vic did. He touched my heart in so many ways and I was angry WITH him.

Where do you find the words for his family and his friends to truly let them know how much this American prays for them and the loss of such a great man? Vic will forever be in my thoughts and prayers. He WILL NOT be forgotten. His sacrifice WAS NOT in vain.

Curses to our elected scumbags who refuse to support our military as they should.

I, too, posted on this when it first surfaced and I have reposted it today in memory of this man.

I take it personally because I can relate because I heard others in the field expressing the same.

Most of us did not witness the full frontal assault on us in country from our politicians and others. It was when we came home on leave or having done our service and returned to our friends in battle and related that which we witnessed at home.

I swore then as I swear now. Not this time. Not this war. Damn them all to hell.
The Iraqis are turning the terrorists in. We are winning. We're all gung ho but we need you behind us. Love us the way love you.

Liberals, stop stabbing our people in the back. They deserve better from you. Your talk about supporting them but not their mission is a load of horse droppings and they know it. You are encouraging the enemies and discouraging our own troops. As was stated in Ken's comment, Lincoln named you for what you are; saboteurs and you are too gutless to admit what your actions mean because you can't stand the condemnation you deserve even as you have pronounced condemnation on our people in uniform. Saboteurs, traitors to Americans and traitors to our allies in Iraq.

My take:

God bless Vic. Pelosi, Reid et al sicken me. They also have a total misunderstanding of the situation in Iraq. The US is there these days on the invitation of the Iraqi government. The US is needed there and it has not abandoned an ally. On al-Jazeera English last night I saw Iraqi troops take back neighbourhoods. These troops were trained by US and Coalition forces. Two years ago we would not have seen this. Men like Vic and the other folks on their tours in Iraq are doing the right thing, helping a free Iraq stand up and rooting out the last remaining terrorist bastards.

oh f*ck yeah, get off their d!cks so they can take a piss on the terrorists that they've been waiting for. people blame bush for sending our brothers, sisters, fathers, friends and family over there, but they're there, and the want to to jeep fighting. a friend of mine has a son,hes a corporal in the Theodore Roosevelt educational campus JROTC,

I am now able to reply to comments on this post - 24 plus hours later.

I don't see this as a misunderstanding...because they have access to this very same information as us. They have more access about this information than us.

They are only about selfish power grab and they care not who they step on to delve into their agenda's.

I thought I was ready to comment, but I'm not...I'm in tears again. I've heard these traitors words again live today. Same lies, same deception and same cold hearts stomping on our best peoples of this country. Some even praise the very ones who supplied the materials to make the IED's which killed this Army Ranger.

Thank you Jack for your wisdom and for acknowledging the true nature of those who wrong our troops.

I see and hear people blaming Bush and out of the other sides of their mouths praise the terrorist. They are just appeasers and propaganda machines for the murderer's we call terrorist.
This was a heart wrenching tribute to a patriot and to the soldiers who put their lives on the line for this country. I am humbled. His words were so broad in all that they touched upon. Thank you for sharing this post HI.
Beanie thank you for listening to Mike's (Vic) words. As I seen your comment I decided to listen to him again. My heart is breaking for him and all of our troops again. I'm so broken hearted over this that I have no more words, just tears.
twinkles2 from S.U. sent me this comment upon reading this post:

"This has really touched my heart also. I pray for his family and all the Troops that are fighting for our Freedom also their families. I will do what I can to spread the word. I have also been angry at the Dems. for their Liberal point of view. Since they took over the house and the congress I knew we were in trouble. I could not believe that the American people voted them in the office all I could do is shake my head non- stop. God Bless our Troops over there every last one of them and may we let them come home in VICTORY SO THAT THEY DID NOT GIVE THE ULTIMATE SACRAFICE FOR NOTHING. They need to know that there are many more here that feel the way that we do. I will never pass a veteran on the street without stopping them to thank them for their service because without them we would have no FREEDOM"
